At Puzzle House, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship within Canada only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping on all orders of CAD $79 or more (before applicable taxes) anywhere in Canada.
• Orders under CAD $79 are charged a flat shipping fee of CAD $12.

Oversized Items

Certain oversized products, including puzzle boards and puzzle frames, require special packaging and handling.

An additional CAD $12 oversized shipping surcharge will be applied to any order containing these items.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped by the second business day after your order is placed, regardless of whether your order is placed on a weekday, weekend, or holiday.

Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

During checkout, customers may choose our Eco-Friendly Packaging option.

When selected, we will package your order using environmentally conscious methods whenever possible, reducing the use of plastic foam, bubble wrap, and other unnecessary packing materials while still ensuring your items arrive safely.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple puzzles or larger quantities may be shipped in more than one package.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package via email.
